We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who enjoys building reliable systems, contributing across the stack, and leveraging modern AI tools to enhance development efficiency and quality. This role combines product development ownership with system reliability responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Full-Stack Development

• Design, build, and evolve a modular-monolith, event-driven Voice AI platform
• Develop scalable backend services using Python, .NET, or Java (based on experience)
• Build and enhance frontend applications and internal tools using Next.js or similar frameworks
• Work with PostgreSQL, ORM frameworks (e.g., EF, Hibernate), and AWS services
• Contribute to system architecture, API design, and cross-service integration
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack

AI-Enabled Engineering

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., coding assistants, test generation, debugging support) to improve development speed and code quality
• Apply AI thoughtfully in development workflows (not just usage, but evaluation and validation of outputs)
• Contribute to AI-driven product features where relevant (e.g., Voice AI, automation workflows)

SRE & On-Call

• Participate in on-call support aligned with U.S. business hours
• Monitor system health, alerts, and production performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with clarity and urgency
• Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and latency
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support infrastructure automation on AWS

What You Bring

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in full-stack roles
• Strong experience in at least one backend stack: Python / .NET or Java (Spring Boot or similar)
• Solid frontend experience with React, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks
• Experience working with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Strong debugging skills and experience handling production systems
• Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architecture
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools to support development workflows
• Clear communication in English and ability to collaborate across time zones

Nice to Have

• Experience with telephony platforms or real-time voice systems.
• Familiarity with modular monolith patterns or event buses.
• Background in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) or advanced AWS automation.
