What You’ll Be Doing

• Gather and validate business and technical requirements with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and prioritize assigned work to meet delivery timelines and commitments. 
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain reliable technical solutions that meet business and quality requirements.
• Identify issues early, troubleshoot technical challenges, and propose practical solutions.
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and share knowledge with the team.
• Strengthen your technical and communication skills, take on greater responsibility, and seek guidance when needed.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Must Have

• At least 3 months of internship experience in Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related technical role.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders in both spoken and written English.
• Experience in at least one backend stack: Python / .NET or Java (Spring Boot or similar) with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.  
• Using modern AI development tools to support software development and debugging. 
• Familiar with Git, coding best practices, and design patterns.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ownership of assigned work.

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of business needs and able to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
