What You’ll Do:

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues swiftly, ensuring system stability and top-notch service. Adherence to U.S. time zones is required.
• System Maintenance: Enhance and maintain applications using ASP.NET, ReactJS, and other technologies, while ensuring security and performance.
• Collaboration & Oversight: Work with project managers, review code, and guide team members to meet project goals efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Core Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET, ReactJS, JavaScript, MS SQL, and a solid understanding of web technologies.
• Communication: Strong verbal English skills.
• Agile Expertise: Experience with Agile methodologies and a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical Skills: System thinking and the ability to research complex technical issues.

Bonus Points for:

• Cloud Savvy: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Mobile Skills: Knowledge of React Native or Cordova for cross-platform app development.
• DevOps Practices: Experience with CI/CD tools and performance optimization techniques.
