HR Intern (TA Focus)

Employment Type: Full-time (3 months)
Working Model: On-site (from Mon-Fri, 9:30AM – 6:30PM)
Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support recruitment operations: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and candidate database updates
- Assist with onboarding preparation and welcome new hires during their first days
- Help with office operations, including supplies, workspace, cross-team coordination, HR documents, and reports
- Help organize internal events, engagement activities, and culture initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, English, Law, or a related field
- Strong spoken and written English
- Genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or people operations
- Proactive and people-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
- Organized, with clear and structured thinking
- Basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and willingness to use them in daily work, with awareness that human judgment is still needed
Nice to Have
- Creative mindset, enjoys finding better ways to get things done
- Experience in clubs, events, or team-based projects
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or other productivity tools
