Product & Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Product & Engagement Manager to own product direction, delivery alignment, and client engagement across multiple consulting projects, ensuring strong client relationships and sustainable commercial outcomes.

📍 Location: Hybrid (Half day on-site) – Ho Chi Minh City Office (District 1)
🕒 Timezone Flexibility: Occasionally working during US business hours to collaborate with global teams.
💬 Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with customers to understand business goals and develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish and apply delivery frameworks to ensure consistent planning, execution, and tracking across client engagements.
• Implement project governance to manage scope, risks, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution, risk visibility, and decision-making.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and expectation management.
• Support long-term account success, including renewals, expansion opportunities, and commercial health.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities through requirement clarification, solution discussions, and proposal input.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Engagement Manager, or similar role within a software or IT consulting environment.
• Engineering or technical background, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and architects.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence engaging client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and concurrent initiatives.
• Comfortable working with distributed teams across time zones.
• Ability to support partial overlap with U.S. business hours.
