What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and optimize prompts, contextual flows for LLM agents and multi-agent systems.
• Develop evaluation workflows and benchmarks for prompt, RAG strategies, memory systems, and multi-agent logic.
• Use tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, Promptfoo, or similar platforms to test and monitor LLM systems.
• Identify failures and improve edge cases, prompt logic, and context handling. 
• Leverage telemetry, user logs, and agent behavior data to continuously improve system performance and interaction quality.
• Work with engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver LLM systems to production.
• Stay current with GenAI – ReAct, CoT, RAG, multi-agent frameworks, and emerging best practices in LLM engineering.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Must Have

• At least 1 year working with LLM-based systems in live environments, especially chatbots/voicebots and multi-agent deployments.
• Familiar with LangSmith, Langfuse, Promptfoo, or similar platforms. 
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and multi-agent systems.
• Constantly learning and experimenting with AI advancements, tools, and system design.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders in both spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

• Experience building chatbots, voicebots, or other customer-facing AI systems.
• Understanding of customer service or home service workflows.
• Background in designing AI systems for end-users at scale.
