What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Design, build, and evolve a modular-monolith, event-driven Voice AI platform
• Develop backend services using Python, .NET, or Java and frontend applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Contribute to system architecture, API design, and technical decisions.
• Work with PostgreSQL, ORM frameworks (e.g., EF, Hibernate), and AWS services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., coding assistants, test generation, debugging support) to improve development speed and code quality.
• Contribute to AI-driven product features where relevant (e.g., Voice AI, automation workflows.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and support infrastructure automation on AWS.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

Must Have

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack Software Engineering roles.
• Strong experience in at least one backend stack: Python / .NET or Java (Spring Boot or similar)
• Solid frontend experience with React, Next.js, or equivalent frameworks
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders in both spoken and written English.
• Using modern AI development tools to support software development and debugging
• Experience working with cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Strong debugging skills and experience handling production systems
• Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architecture

Nice to Have

• Experience with telephony platforms or real-time voice systems.
• Familiarity with modular monolith patterns or event buses.
• Background in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) or advanced AWS automation.
