Your Mission
- Design & Architect: Create a software-defined network (SDN) platform to automate provisioning of on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
- Kafka Wizardry: Architect a scalable, future-proof Kafka platform that’s ready to grow as our business does.
- Performance Guru: Optimize Kafka clusters to ensure they’re always performing at their peak with zero hiccups.
- Infrastructure Innovator: Build software and systems that manage infrastructure and applications like a charm.
- Reliability Rock Star: Drive improvements in reliability, quality, and time-to-market for our software solutions.
- Collaborative Leader: Work alongside cross-functional teams to bring the best out of development, operations, and security.
- Mentor Extraordinaire: Guide our junior engineers, shaping the next generation of tech wizards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years in engineering with at least 5 years in an architect role.
- Kafka Know-How: Deep expertise in Apache Kafka (v2.x+), with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and optimizing Kafka solutions.
- Orchestration Skills: Experience with tools like Camunda or similar.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Ability to tackle challenges head-on and keep your cool under pressure.
- DevOps Mindset: Experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, with skills in Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Tech Stack: Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, VMware, OpenStack, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and more.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in designing high-performance systems and leading technical teams.
